This is where my work happens. I advise business and technology leaders on strategy, platform modernization and applied AI, then help turn those decisions into delivery.
Technology decisions matter once they turn into practical change.
My work starts with the business problem: understanding it, choosing where to invest, and then working through the architecture, governance and adoption that make a solution useful. I have spent more than 20 years doing that across technology strategy, platform modernization, and M&A integration and separation.
Today I'm a Principal in Strategy Operations at SEI, an employee-owned management and technology consulting firm, where I advise business and technology leaders on strategy, platform modernization and customer-facing operations. Much of my attention is on applied AI and the operating decisions behind it. I stay close to the build on purpose. Building helps me ask better questions about scope, reliability, cost, and what a team needs after the first version works. I'm based in Atlanta.
2002 — 2009 · BrazilFounder & CTO
Founded an internet and software agency in Brazil and grew it from 2 to 75 people in three years, with award-winning work for government and enterprise clients.
2013 — 2020 · AtlantaManager · Technology Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions
Led three post-merger integration programs across 14 countries, and technology separation planning for major divestitures and carve-outs.
2016 — PresentCo-founder & CTO
A Brazilian media platform focused on CrossFit. Negotiated official streaming rights for the CrossFit Games in 2019 and 2021, and led the on-site press team at the Games in 2019, 2021 and 2022.
